At Au Vodka, we strive for excellence in every bottle; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or had their seals broken.

Carefully repackage the unopened gold bottle in its original transit packaging to ensure it remains protected and secure during transit back to our facility.
Shipping
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, ensuring you retain a copy of your postage receipt.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
